Quaderno review: The advantage of this tax compliance software
1 – Connect your Stripe and PayPal account directly on Quaderno
If you have an online business and currently use either of these two payment processors, you can use Quaderno to integrate them effortlessly. This means that you’ll be able to use it to handle your online payments without using a separate system to make the payment, and you can easily use it for your billing needs.

Quaderno is a straightforward invoicing software with a considerable advantage: it can calculate VAT. For each customer, the VAT will be calculated in a specific country. You don’t need to worry about VAT because everything is done automatically.
It is beneficial and can help you save a lot of time when you have to do invoicing, and also, this will enable you to keep your prices in line with the local VAT.

5 – Access to the geolocalisation of your customers
You’ll see the geolocation of the buyers. Up-to-the-minute information about buyer/seller location allows you to verify what tax jurisdiction (country, state, region) they are in and calculate the tax accordingly.
It’s much more efficient than creating a manual process to keep track of this information. And with the geolocation of the buyers, you don’t need to add any extra work to your daily activities. You can see all this information directly in your dashboard.
6 – Rectify your invoices if needed

Quaderno review: one drawback in using this tax compliance software
Only a few payment gateways are integrated…
As I already told you before, Stripe and PayPal are available with Quaderno. The same goes for Braintree and GoCardless. Frankly, we can say that the choice is somewhat limited. Nevertheless, this can change quickly. In the future, there will surely be other payment solutions compatible with it, but for the moment, this is not the case.
It will not work for you if you are on Kooneo, Paysafecash, or others today. You should know that 80-90% of people use Stripe and PayPal in their online business, and if you don’t, I strongly advise you to adopt them.
