Builderall vs GetResponse: Which One is The Better Option?

Builderall vs GetResponse_ Which One is The Better Option

In this post, I will compare Builderall vs GetResponse, some of their features and specifications, and my opinion on which you should choose.

When I started my affiliate marketing journey, I didn't have much money to get software that sends emails, builds my blog, creates my sales funnel, hosts my webinar... So I searched for an all-in-one solution that can do all at the same place.

That's when I discovered Builderall and GetResponse.

For me, I found Builderall challenging to use. Of course, there are plenty of features but do we need all that? Mainly if it only works halfway...

But let's dive into the juicy part of this comparison!

Table of Contents

Top pick

In this Builderall vs GetResponse post, your choice truly depends on your needs and what you’re looking for. If you are looking for a simple email marketing tool and a lot of flexibility in building your sales funnels and websites, then GetResponse might be enough.

But if you want a complete all-in-one tool with all the complexity that comes with it, then Builderall is worth it. Here is my comparison of both tools.

So, make sure you know your business needs before making any choices. For most people, I’d recommend GetResponse, which has everything you need to create an effective website that generates leads for your business.

Let’s have a look at Builderall first

Builderall is an all-in-one platform for those looking to build a successful online business.

Launched in 2011 by Brazilian entrepreneur Erick Salgado, the platform offers everything necessary to help businesses launch profitable sites and take advantage of the booming affiliate market, from the website builder to the digital marketing platform.

It has everything to help you create, launch, and grow an online business.

Because Builderall is a cloud-based system, you don’t need to install or download anything, and all you need is an internet connection and an account.

Who can benefit from Builderall?

Builderall is ideal for advanced digital marketers, affiliate marketers, coaches, and entrepreneurs looking for an all-in-one solution to save them time and money. However, the tool requires some learning to understand how everything works together.

Builderall key features

With almost 40 features, I will cover the most important one here.

Builderall features 1
Builderall features
Builderall features 2
Builderall features

Cheetah builder to build page

Builderall announced they are introducing a new drag-and-drop landing page builder called “Cheetah.” This tool allows you to build landing pages, sales funnels, membership sites, eCommerce stores, etc., without writing code. You don’t even need to know HTML.

This is probably the most powerful feature that Builderall offers since it gives you access to thousands of prebuilt elements that you can use to create anything you want. If you’ve ever wanted to make a simple landing page or membership site, you can now do it quickly.

The best part about this tool is that it has hundreds of professionally designed templates. So, there’s a template, whether you’re looking to create a basic landing page or a complete sales funnel. With this tool, you’ll never run out of ideas again.

Script generator

One of the most exciting things about this software is its ability to generate new copywriting content for you automatically.

Comparable to Funnel Script, you can create attention-grabbing, super effective sales copywriting based on your target audience directly within the platform.

MailingBoss for email marketing

Builderall comes with an email marketing tool, which means you can build your email list directly on the platform. It’s one of the essential features of their product, but it’s not very flexible compared to GetResponse.

The biggest thing about Mailing Boss’ email marketing software is that it allows you to build workflows. These will enable you to automate certain tasks based on specific events. You can set up automated emails that go out regularly to customers or send targeted messages based on how people interact with your site.

There are a couple of other cool features that help you manage your campaigns. First, you can use tags to organize your emails into different categories, and then, you can segment your lists down further based on those tags.

Regarding automation, you can use triggers and conditions to send out emails automatically. For example, you could trigger an autoresponder to send out an email whenever someone signs up for a trial. Or, you can use rules to tag leads or contacts based on specific criteria.

Another nice feature is adding custom fields to your contact list, giving you additional information about each person in your database. And you can even save templates so that you don’t have to retype everything every single time.

Moreover, you can build email templates for a more professional email.

You don’t need to spend extra money on an additional autoresponder because you can use the one integrated into Builderall.

Chatbot Automation

Chatbots are becoming increasingly popular because they help businesses automate repetitive responses. A chatbot is essentially a computer program designed to simulate a human conversation. Most chatbots use artificial intelligence (AI), natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning algorithms to understand what people say and respond accordingly.

The most significant advantage of chatbots is that they save time and money. For example, a customer service representative could spend hours answering simple questions about products or services, and instead, a chatbot can answer those same questions in seconds.

Chatbots are also helpful in creating a better experience for customers. When someone asks a question, the bot can provide relevant information without waiting for another employee to find out the answer.

With the chatbot features integrated into Builderall, you can easily automate conversations, provide support and boost sales with a customizable Site Bot. Moreover, you can also create a chatbot for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Telegram.

Website Builder

With this feature, it’s like a child’s game to build a website, not like with Shopify, Woocommerce, or WordPress. You can now quickly start building your site without learning anything else. You can create beautiful websites, landing pages, blogs, eCommerce sites, membership sites, and CRMs. All of this is done within one dashboard, and everything is integrated into the same place. This saves you time and money.

You can add social media integration, email marketing tools, payment options, and many more features. There are dozens of prebuilt themes included for you to choose from. Each theme has been designed to fit perfectly with the BuilderAll system, making it easier for you to customize each element of your website.

Others additional features

With Builderall, you can build an entirely online course. You can start building one today.

You can create a webinar where people can ask questions about your product and learn how to make money with it.

In addition, you can use the webinar feature to schedule recurring meetings. For example, you could offer monthly webinars where people can come together and talk about topics related to your niche.

The webinar tool allows you to create a webinar easily, invite your target audience, and collect payments.

You can even add a live chat function to your webinar. This way, you can answer questions and advise during the meeting.

For each webinar, you decide whether it is free or paid. You can integrate a third-party payment processor into your site if you want to charge for your webinar.

After reviewing Builderall, let’s dive into GetResponse, before pointing the winner out in this Builderall vs GetResponse post.

Let’s have a look at GetResponse

At the beginning of GetResponse, they were totally focused on email marketing. Launched in 1997 by Simon Grabowski, it has been expanding its features and growing its team globally.

But things have changed for the better since then. Now GetResponse offers tons of different options to help you grow your business. For example, there are now:

• Landing Pages – You can quickly build landing pages without knowing how to code.

• Forms – Create forms to collect information from visitors.

• Email Marketing – Send automated emails to prospects and customers.

• Website Builder – Create AI-driven, a code-free website builder.

• Webinars – Host live events online.

So, you can use it to send emails, add social media buttons, and track open rates. It also gives you access to some basic analytics. You can upgrade to a paid plan starting at $10 per month if you want to go beyond those limits.

The most popular features are autoresponders, landing pages, forms, and email templates. These help you manage your customer relationships and keep people coming back. For example, you can create automated messages to inform people about upcoming events, promotions, or product launches.

You can also use it to promote your products and services. This includes sending out newsletters, posting blog articles, and promoting special deals. In addition to standard text messaging, you can include images, videos, audio files, and PDF documents.

Who is it for?

GetResponse is designed for entrepreneurs, online marketers, marketing managers, and large companies looking to grow their audience, engage with them, and boost their sales.

The drag-and-drop email creator lets you design and sends perfect emails in a few clicks. You can choose from the beautiful template library, edit them with whatever you want, and preview them before sending them at the perfect time through the feature.

Sales funnel builder

GetResponse landing page features
GetResponse landing page features

In reality, it’s somewhat crazy to even think about sales pages and conversion sequences with GetResponse. But times change, and the company has been working tirelessly to make things easier for us marketers. Let me explain what I mean.

In the early days, you had to build everything yourself. You had to write copy, design graphics, and arrange everything into a proper funnel. Nowadays, there are plenty of tools out there that help you do just that. So why am I telling you this story? Because it’s important to remember that GetResponse has always been here to help you succeed.

Here’s how they did it. You built your own funnel thanks to their drag-and-drop editor. And you can leverage the power of automation and data to create a high-converting sales funnel. They’ve added features like Facebook Pixel integration or eCommerce addons.

Compared to Builderall, it works better seamlessly with all the features and integrations within the platform.

Website Builder

GetResponse offers a free version of its website builder, allowing anyone to make a primary site without coding. This tool can help you start building your website quickly and easily. You don’t even need to know HTML code; just upload images and text and choose colors and fonts. Once you’ve built your site, you’ll be able to publish it online.

What makes it unique is its AI technology that helps you create websites. It makes the designing process so much faster and easier. You just have to go through their AI wizard, answer the questions, and boom, here is your unique website template!

Webinar

Within a few clicks, you can launch your webinar directly from GetResponse! Their easy-to-use webinar builder allows you to get your business online.

You’ll be able to create and host an engaging live event that will help you build your brand, increase sales, and generate more leads.

With GetResponse, you can host unlimited webinars, get a room for up to 1,000 live attendees, share the stage with two other presenters, and store up to 20 hours of webinar recordings!

Moreover, you can share your evergreen webinars and let your audience access them anywhere and anytime they want in exchange for their email address.

Live Chat

GetResponse offers live chat, allowing you to communicate with your visitors in real-time. You don’t need to integrate other chatbot programs or chat software such as Facebook Messenger. Simply install the chat on every page you’d like and start chatting immediately.

This benefit is that customers can contact you directly without waiting for someone else to respond. They can ask questions about your products and services.

You can turn off the live chat feature if you’re unavailable. Or, you can tell visitors to send you a message via email rather than chat.

In addition, Live Chat is fully customizable to make it more professional for the users.

Paid Ad Integrations

GetResponse offers built-in tools to run and manage your paid campaigns on Facebook and Google.

Concretely, once your conversion funnel is done, you just have to create your ads within GetResponse and publish them!

With ads, you can engage existing contacts with targeted ads with content you know they’ll like. Additionally, you will attract new audiences with similar interests to your existing contacts or retarget people who left before purchasing your offer.

Others additional features

Here is a list of other additional features offered by GetResponse:

  • build workflow
  • recover lost sales with automated emails
  • track visitors through their sales journey
  • sell more with automatic product recommendation
  • get more people back to your website with a native web push tool

✅ One of the cheapest email marketing platforms on the market available (with a ton of additional features)

✅ Wide range of marketing automation tools

Builderall vs GetResponse key differences

After detailing the crucial differences between GetResponse vs Builderall and the pros and cons, we’ll now take a closer look at their core features.

Landing page builder

GetResponse offers a wide range of tools that help you build landing pages, sales funnels, list-building funnels, and promote webinars. With its drag-and-drop editor, you can easily design stunning landing pages with images, graphics, and videos and add call-to-action buttons and forms.

The tool is easy to use and intuitive, allowing you to quickly build a landing page without knowing HTML code. You can start from scratch or simply pick one of the ready-made layouts.

You can adjust the layout to fit your needs. For example, you can change the background color, font size, and alignment. And you can customize every element on the page to match your brand colors and style. Moreover, you can enjoy from the Shutterstock and Giphy integration to add even more elements to your page.

Once you’re done designing, you can preview what your page looks like online. If everything goes well, you can publish it, and your visitors will see exactly what you want them to see.

Unlike GetResponse, Builderall offers a different builder based on the page you want to create. You can find them on the left of your page building screen. These include the Drag-and-Drop Pixel Perfect Editor, the Drag-n-Drop Responsive Builder, The Mobile-First Drag-and-Drop Builder, and the App Creator.

The Mobile Builder and Pixel Perfect Editor are more accessible and reliable among these four builders. On the one hand, the Responsive Builder has more sales funnels available than the Pixel Perfect Editor; however, the Pixel Perfect Editor is easier to use for creating websites.

Because GetResponse offers only one primary landing page builder vs BuilderAll’s four tricky builders, the point goes to GetResponse.

Sales funnels

To get a complete sales funnel on Builderall, you must use the Canvas, the drag-and-drop editor Cheetah, and MailingBoss for email marketing.

First, choose the type of funnel you want to build. After arranging the various construction elements in the desired sequence, pick “create new website” in our builder to return to the previous screen. You can start from scratch or use one of the ready-made templates.

Every segment of the sales funnel appears as a separate webpage. To get payment from your clients, you can integrate PayPal, Stripe, PagSeguro, Cardcom, Braintree, PayFast, BitPay, and MercadoPago.

Once done, you must go to MailingBoss to create your email sequence and configure your email list.

In comparison, GetResponse has 3 main funnel categories: sales funnel, list building funnel, and webinar funnel, as said earlier. You will use one single interface to build all your funnel with a single editor.

Moreover, you can integrate PayPal, Stripe, PayU, Square, and Qiwi as payment gateways.

If you are looking to build a sales funnel quickly, you should go for GetResponse, but if you want to accept multiple payment gateways, you should go for Builderall.

Email marketing

The Builderall MailingBoss is one of the essential features of the platform. This is because it allows you to send emails to your customers. You can do this directly from within the dashboard without logging into another system. They allow you to communicate with your customers and keep them up to date about what is happening in your business.

One of the drawbacks I experienced when trying out the email marketing functionality was that it didn’t communicate very well with its other applications. The fact that BuilderAll’s feature set keeps expanding makes the situation worse.

However, GetResponse was built with email marketing first in mind! So, since 1997, they have developed their marketing platform to its best, including automation, workflow, email templates…

As GetResponse offers an easier way to manage, edit, and send emails to a list, my point goes to GetResponse.

Pricing

Regarding pricing, the Builderall vs GetResponse competition is especially heated because both offer similar features. But, there are some differences between them.

GetResponse offers one free and 3 paid plans, including free trials. The basic plan costs $15 per month, while the Professional plan costs $97 per month. Each plan includes different combinations of tools, depending on what you want to use. Moreover, you can save 18% on your yearly plan and 30% for 2 years.

BuilderAll is offering 4 pricing packages. The cheapest package is called Cheetah. It costs $16.90 per month and includes 1 domain, 2000 contacts, unlimited membership areas…

As GetResponse offers a free plan and reduction for longer subscription, my point goes to GetResponse.

CRM tool

The CRM Assistant of Builderall is available for the Marketer, Premium, and Funnel Club plan. To access the CRM, you will have to enable the Pixel Editor feature to manage leads from there.

You can set different rewards and notifications for each step a lead completes on your page. Alternatively, you can reorder the phases according to your preferred business strategy.

On the other hand, GetResponse’s CRM is much easier to use and understand. You can use the data collected to your advantage and turn leads into customers. As everything is seamlessly integrated, you can easily navigate from one data to another.

As GetResponse has a more visual dashboard, my point goes to GetResponse again.

Official statements

The Builderall team is dedicated to providing the best possible customer experience. They offer a unique combination of powerful features, easy setup, and great support. You can be sure that you have the latest technology working for you to grow your business. They provide their clients with the tools necessary to succeed and do it better than anyone else.

GetResponse is a leading provider of email marketing software. Their focus is on helping businesses build relationships with current and potential customers via email.

Their product is designed for small businesses and individuals alike. With over 350000 active users worldwide, they understand how important it is to ensure that every aspect of their products works seamlessly.

They have developed a comprehensive online solution for your business marketing needs, including creating content, boosting sales, and increasing traffic to your website. This is a great way to take advantage of social media’s power while ensuring you don’t miss out on anything crucial.

GetResponse’s content tools are less robust than Builderall’s, but the platform makes sending emails simpler and setting up autoresponders so you can keep your audience interested. So my point goes to GetResponse.

Customer service

Builderall offers an unbeatable 24/7 customer care system. I contacted them regarding my account, and they responded to me within 10 minutes maximum, but I had to open a support ticket first, which is not obvious at the first place.

On GetResponse, all you need to do is type your question in the 24/7 Live Chat. You won’t wait long to see the answer. In less than 3 minutes, you’ll receive a response and a solution to your problem.

For the Live Chat feature with the customer service, my point goes to GetResponse again.

Third-party integration

GetResponse is one of the most popular email marketing platforms out there today. However, because it’s primarily an email marketing tool, it requires a lot of third-party tools to help you grow your list, automate processes, and do everything else you need to do to make money online. Some tools will sometimes cost you more than $200 per month…

Because of the sheer number of required tools, many people spend way too much money on GetResponse. If you’re looking for a suitable alternative, check out Builderall.

In addition to automating almost every aspect of your email marketing campaign, Builderall allows you to create your website, add a chat plugin for nearly all the chat possibilities, generate sales copy, build quizzes, and add social proof…

This makes it possible to take advantage of most of the app’s features without paying extra fees. You can also integrate your form builder with those same apps and platforms.

Another great feature about BuilderAll is that it integrates directly with the Cheetah Website Editor, making it easier than ever to build high-quality landing pages that convert visitors into customers.

All these features are enough to convince me why Builderall is a much better option than GetResponse in terms of money saved.

Builderall vs GetResponse: the winner is…

When I compared Builderall vs GetResponse, there was no doubt about it – GetResponse won. It had everything I needed, plus some great extras like the ability to host my live and evergreen webinars and even integrate with my favorite CRM, Salesforce.

But there were still questions left unanswered. So I took both platforms out into the real world, testing each app against the others’ features and comparing their performance. I tried how easy it was to use, whether it was intuitive enough for beginners, and what support options each offered.

I also looked at how well each platform performed, how the customer service was, and how much value customers got from each product. In short, I wanted to know if GetResponse really lived up to the hype.

In every category except for Customer Support, GetResponse came out ahead. It scored better across the board, offering more functionality, ease of use, and overall satisfaction.

So why did it win? First of all, it offers a lot of flexibility. You can choose from dozens of templates to make your site look professional and easily customize those templates to fit your needs. There are dozens of additional features, too, including segmentation capabilities (similar to Aweber), contact forms, countdown timers, and more.

Depending on your plan, you can even set up multiple sites within GetResponse, making it easier to manage different projects simultaneously. If you’re looking to build an extensive network of blogs, you can do that without worrying about managing separate accounts.
